About Us

I built this because the food at the turn was costing me the back nine.

And I looked everywhere for something better. I couldn't find it.

I grew up as a hockey goalie.

If you've never played goalie, here's what it is: hours of total focus, reading the game, making decisions under pressure with no room for error. The moment your head checks out, something gets past you. You learn fast that your mental and physical state aren't separate from your performance. They're the same thing.

So when I started playing golf, I recognized it immediately. Different sport, same demand. Four hours on your feet, one shot at a time, full concentration from the first tee to the last putt. Simple concept. Brutally hard in practice. I fell in love with it.

Around the same time, I got serious about what I was eating. Not casually, obsessively. Learning the difference between real food and what the food industry passes off as real food. Understanding which ingredients actually fuel you and which ones you should never have eaten in the first place.

So when I started playing golf consistently, the problem hit me fast.

Golf courses sell garbage.

Not bad-for-you-if-you-overdo-it food. Actual garbage. Candy bars loaded with refined sugar and artificial ingredients made in a lab. Fried food. Hot dogs made of god-knows-what. Deli sandwiches on fake white bread. The exact food I'd spent years learning to avoid, sitting in the halfway house right between the front nine and the back.

I went looking for a better option. A clean bar, a real snack, something actually built for a golfer's round. Not a generic protein bar. Something engineered for what the game really demands: sustained energy without the crash, mental clarity without the fog, ingredients you can read without a chemistry degree.

I couldn't find it.

So I made it.

Why clean?

Because what you put in your body is what your body performs on. I spent years reading labels before I ever thought about building a brand. We know what real food looks like — and I built the bar around it. No seed oils. No gums. No refined sugar. No artificial anything. Just ingredients you'd recognize on a grocery store shelf.

Why golf?

Because the game demands more than people give it credit for. Four or more hours of rotational movement, sustained decision-making, and mental precision — all of it dependent on how well you fueled up. Golf deserves better than a hot dog and a candy bar at the turn.

Why now?

Because nobody else built it. I looked. The golf snack market was full of gimmicks and generic bars with a fairway on the wrapper. Golfers deserved something designed specifically for their game. So I stopped waiting for someone else to do it.

Full Turn Nutrition exists for one reason.

To give every golfer the fuel their game actually deserves.

Not a spike and a crash. Not brain fog on the hardest hole of the round. Not a label full of words you have to Google. Real fuel, real ingredients, built for the game you love.

We're not a supplement company that pivoted to golf. We're not a golf brand that decided to sell snacks. We started here — on the course, at the turn, staring at the same garbage options — and we built the thing that should have existed a long time ago.

Full turn. From the first tee to the final putt.
